With experience across business, higher education, and ministry, Austin brings a unique ability to connect strategy and execution with people and team development. Whether leading sales teams, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives, or building ministries, he found himself consistently drawn to cultivating healthy, effective teams. Over time, this calling became undeniable, and he sensed the Lord’s leading to launch Breakthrough Advising and become a certified System & Soul coach.
Rooted in his faith in Jesus—the ultimate model of servant leadership—Austin approaches every engagement with humility, compassion, and clarity. His goal is to provide as much value to each client as possible by coaching himself out of a job. This means clients are left truly equipped and empowered, leading to healthier organizations and greater financial outcomes.
